You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us with your Order ID. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 48 hours) with your Order ID and clear photos. After verification we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method. The time taken depends on your bank or payment provider.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are found defective.
